All apartments and penthouses are fully self-contained with full cooking and laundry facilities. Lock up garages are standard in most Units. The Isle of Palms has a limited number of apartments that from time to time do become available for permanent lease, either furnished or unfurnished. Permanent rentals are normally for a twelve-month duration. Leases are subject to the standard guidelines set by the REIQ and the Isle of Palms Body Corporate.

The Garden Court Apartments

Ideal for families with small children, these Units are 2 or 3 bedroom split level apartments with lock up garage.

Downstairs area consists of open plan living includes a kitchen, full laundry, spacious lounge and dining area and courtyard.  Bedding consists of One Queen, and 2 or 4 singles

The Waterfront Apartments

Waterfront apartments are positioned right on the lake with tranquil views of the Pine Lake and surrounds from almost every room.  They feature 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms and will accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably. Each Unit has a balcony and opens out to a private lake front garden

The Penthouses

Our Penthouses are the ultimate in luxury holiday accommodation and feature 4 bedrooms (the master with Queen bed, en suite and Spa). Another bedroom has a double bed with two further bedrooms each containing two single beds. The penthouses have very large open plan living areas with separate dining room and bar.

Exclusively, each penthouse has its own private swimming pool and sun drenched patio right on the edge of the lake. Definitely the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the pleasures of the Gold Coast’s beautiful weather.
