Q 1 o ffers the perfect mix for those looking to hold a conference that mixes busin ess and pleasure. Q1 Residential Tower features conference facilities on Level 2, including a magnificent ballroom capable of catering for up to 400 guests for a cocktail receptio n or 220 guests for a banquet reception. The ballroom can convert to three smaller function rooms, each with a theatre style capacity of 80 guests.

The resort also includes an executive boardroom for up to 14 delegates with ocean view aspects and a spacious outdoor terrace area capable of holdi ng cocktail receptions of up to 200 guests and 180 guests for a banquet reception. Day conference packages are also available and include plenary room hire, arrival, morning and afternoon tea and an individually styled lunch. A number of informal meeting areas within the conference centre on Level 2 are also available for casual conference breakouts. Guests and delegates can enjoy ocean view aspects from some of the conference rooms and plenty of natural lighting throughout the entire conference centre with numerous outdoor areas and terraces.

Q1 comprises of an array of luxury one, two and three bedroom suites located throughout the building, and unique sub penthouses located above 60 th level. Each one of the self contained suites features a gourmet kitchen, large open space living and dining areas, bathrooms with spa bath and shower, unique glass enclosed balconies, modern décor, broadband internet and more. The resort boasts a number of health and recreational facilities including Q1 day spa, two lagoon swimming pools and an indoor heated lap – pool, gymnasium, steam and sauna rooms, BBQ facilities, private in house cinema and children’s game’s room.
